What are the measures to reduce energy consumption for biomass boilers and oil-gas boilers?

　　1. According to the amount of steam required for industrial production, reasonably select the rated power of biomass boilers and oil-gas boilers and the number of boilers. The higher the match between these two conditions and the actual use, the smaller the exhaust loss, and the more obvious the effect of reducing energy consumption;

　　2. Fully touch the fuel and air: make the right amount of fuel and air form an accurate ratio before incineration, which can increase the incineration power of the fuel and reduce the emission of polluting gases, and really achieve a two-tier reduction in energy consumption. ;

　　3. Lower the exhaust gas temperature of biomass boilers and oil-gas boilers: the waste heat generated in the exhaust smoke can be used to recover this part of the waste heat for reuse. The heating power of general equipment is about 85-88%, and the exhaust temperature is 220-230℃. If good waste heat recovery devices such as economizers and condensers are installed, after exhaust heat is used, the exhaust gas temperature will drop below 140℃, and the equipment power can be increased to about 95-108%;

　　4. Recovery and reuse of the heat of waste water from biomass boilers and oil-gas boilers: The heat exchange device accumulates the heat in the continuous waste water to increase the temperature of the deoxidized water to reach the equipment's intent to reduce energy consumption.
