SHL Series Biomass Fuel Bulk Boiler
SHL series biomass fuel bulk boiler is a chain grate boiler, and jointly designed by Xi'an Jiaotong University. The boiler inherits the domestic current mature technique of SHL chain grate boiler, gains technological breakthrough on the following five areas: furnace with water-cooling chamber, back-arch structure design, low thermal inertia, sealed membrane water wall structure, and contact side seal of the grate.

SHL series corner tube boiler is dual boiler cylinders and transverse arranged industrial boiler, The transverse upper and lower boiler cylinders and membrane water wall together form the silo type furnace, together with convection pipe bundle and collection chest to form the boiler body frame.
Fully welded membrane water wall structure
Large furnace with full membrane sealing structure, more suitable for the combustion of biomass boiler. Lower heat loss, higher thermal efficiency.
Sufficient combustion space
The drum of the corner tube boiler is external longitudinal arranged or a horizontal arranged, the furnace outlet is arranged at a high position, and the combustion space is relatively sufficient.
Scale-type chain grate
The grate of the corner tube boiler adopts the scale type chain grate. By adding the safety piece, the scale type chain grate will rarely full off its grate piece, and the ventilation evenly.
