　　During the initial operation and long-term operation of the biomass boiler, the water level of the steam drum does not change according to the different changes in the working conditions, and adjustments should be made in time.

　　1. In the initial stage of boiler operation, the water in the furnace will vaporize and expand after heating, causing the water level to gradually rise. At this time, it should be noted that the water level cannot be lowered through the accident drain gate, and the water can be discharged from the sewage gate. It can ensure that the water circulation in the furnace is normal.

　　2. When the safety door is checked, the false water level will occur due to the increase of steam flow and the drop of steam pressure. Therefore, the water level in the furnace needs to be kept at a low state before preparing for the above operation, and then according to the water level The change increases the water supply.

　　3. Due to the changes in steam pressure and steam temperature, as well as the increase in exhaust gas volume, operators need to check the changes in water level regularly to replenish water.

　　4. According to the load of the biomass boiler, the automatic water supply device can be added, and the water pipeline should be replaced in time during the operation.
