How to deal with the damage to the bag filter bag of the biomass-fired boiler?

　　1. Due to the high moisture content of the fuel of the biomass boiler, the material of the cloth bag (generally made of PPS) undergoes hydrolysis and oxidation under the condition of high temperature and high humidity, resulting in a decrease in the strength of the base cloth of the cloth bag, which in turn leads to damage.

　　2. The fuel moisture is large and cannot be completely burned in the furnace, so that combustion occurs in the dust collector, which is also an important reason for the damage of the cloth bag.

　　1. Fully consider the operation problems that may be caused by high fuel moisture in the design, and select an appropriate induced draft fan. If the induced draft fan design of the already operating power plant is insufficient, it should be replaced from the perspective of long-term operation experience.

　　2. In the case of sufficient induced air, the primary and secondary air should be reasonably distributed. Generally speaking, fuels with high moisture content and light texture such as sawdust, straw, wheat straw, etc. should increase the secondary air volume; for bark, miscellaneous firewood, etc. Use the method of increasing the primary wind.

　　3. Increase the inspection of the ash hopper and observe the temperature measurement points, and deal with the abnormality in time to prevent the occurrence of burnout of the whole warehouse of cloth bags.

　　4. The filter bag base fabric with higher strength is used, and the excess air coefficient and exhaust gas temperature are strictly controlled during operation to prevent the filter bag from being oxidized and hydrolyzed.
