Matters needing attention in the use of biomass boilers

　　Biomass boilers are different from coal-fired boilers. The following points need to be paid attention to during use:

　　1. Biomass fuels should be suitable for boilers. Larger or smaller biomass fuels cannot be used. Non-biomass fuels are prohibited from entering the boilers for combustion.

　　2. The calorific value of biomass fuel is higher.

　　3. The feeding system of biomass boiler mainly includes chain type, manual type, etc. Different fuel types should be selected for different feeding methods.

　　4. Before the biomass boiler is used, it must be boiled with medicine to prevent the production of rust water.

　　5. Install as few valves as possible on the pipeline from the outlet of the atmospheric pressure hot water boiler to the hot water tank of the biomass boiler to ensure that the pressure of the boiler (referring to the water pressure) is the static pressure of the hot water tank or the water pipeline.

　　6. When the water level of the atmospheric pressure biomass boiler drops to the lowest safe water level, water should be added in time, and when the water is added to the highest safe water level, the water inlet valve should be closed.

　　7. Before ignition, observe whether the boiler is filled with water and then use it to avoid empty burning and damage to the boiler.

　　8. Check the water level regularly to ensure that the boiler is running with full water.

　　9. Adjust the pot water to a high water level before sewage discharge, and pay attention to monitoring the water level to prevent water shortage. Sewage discharge should be based on the principle of "discharge frequently, discharge less, and discharge evenly", and discharge at least once a month. The blowdown should be carried out at low load, and the switch should be repeated several times.

　　10. The hot water outlet temperature of normal pressure hot water is controlled by the inlet water flow. When the outlet water temperature is high, open the inlet valve flow. Otherwise, reduce the flow.

　　11. It is forbidden to use hot water on the sewage pipeline.

　　12. It is forbidden to install valves in the atmospheric connecting pipe.

　　13. It is not allowed to modify the boiler without authorization.

　　14. Biomass boilers are generally atmospheric pressure boilers, which shall not be used under pressure, and the temperature of the water outlet shall not exceed the specified temperature.

　　15. Biomass boilers must be installed with leakage, electric shock and protection devices.

　　16. Before starting the machine, clean the furnace dust.
