First, the biomass fuel is evenly spread on the grate from the feeding port. After ignition, the induced draft fan is turned on, the fuel is volatilized and burned, and its flame is downward (ie, reverse combustion). Under the action of the induced draft fan and the blower, the incompletely burned fuel particles continue to burn, and the burnt ash particles fall into the ash hopper of the ash discharge device from the top of the grate. When the ash accumulation reaches a certain amount, the ash discharge gate can be opened and discharged together. In the process of fuel falling, the secondary air distribution port supplements a certain amount of oxygen for its combustion, and the flue gas after complete combustion leads to the inside of the boiler for secondary heat absorption through the flue gas outlet. Large particles of smoke and dust are repeatedly thrown into the ash outlet at the bottom of the furnace through multiple partitions, and the smaller dust is blocked by the dust removal baffle net and most of it falls into the ash hopper. Only some extremely fine particles enter the water dust removal equipment for filtration. Reduce the volume of ash in the furnace and improve the heat transfer effect.
