How to improve the thermal efficiency of biomass boilers

　　The efficiency of biomass boilers is generally above 80%. The boilers are larger in size and burn more fully, and the efficiency of the boiler is also higher. To increase the available heat of biomass boilers and reduce the heat loss of the boiler is the main way to improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler. Especially for large-capacity boilers, the heat loss of incomplete combustion of combustible gas has reached the smallest value. However, it is impossible to reduce this heat loss to ensure that the boiler does not have serious wind shortage problems and other abnormal conditions.

　　From the perspective of the operation of biomass boilers, it is impossible to reduce heat loss, because after the boiler is formed and installed, the heat dissipation area and heat preservation conditions of the boiler body have been finalized. However, the heat loss that can be further reduced is only the heat loss caused by the exhaust gas heat loss and the incomplete combustion heat loss. The proportion of the heat loss caused by the two items is relatively large, so the two reductions in the heat loss are mainly considered from the following aspects analysis:

　　One. Reduce the heat loss of exhaust gas:

　　1. Prevent slagging and ash accumulation on the heated surface and increase the thermal resistance of the heated area. During the operation of the boiler, it is necessary to reasonably adjust the wind power, avoid coal painting the walls, and prevent local overheating in the furnace, which can be effectively reduced. The problem of slagging on the heated surface.

　　2. For the burner to operate reasonably, in the normal operation of the boiler, the lower burner can be used to keep the temperature of the furnace outlet and the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler normal.

　　Two. Reduce heat loss caused by incomplete combustion of fuel

　　1. Choose a reasonable volume of fuel, not too large or too small, choose a reasonable fuel to ensure sufficient combustion, so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

　　2. Pay attention to the adjustment of the combustion quality of biomass boilers to ensure the normal combustion in the furnace and provide better ignition conditions for fuel combustion.
