What is a biomass boiler
Biomass boiler is a kind of boiler that burns biomass briquette fuel. It runs environmentally friendly and saves fuel. It is a boiler that the society now advocates. There are also many types of biomass boilers, including biomass heating stoves and biomass cooking and heating. Furnaces, biomass hot water boilers, biomass numerical control boilers, etc. Biomass fuel is a high-density pellet or block fuel formed by processing agricultural and forestry wastes.
Biomass boiler is a type of boiler. The boiler that uses biomass energy as fuel is called biomass boiler. It is divided into biomass steam boiler, biomass hot water boiler, biomass hot blast stove, biomass heat conduction oil boiler, etc.
Benefits of biomass boiler
Biomass fuel is a new type of fuel supported by the state. Biomass fuel refers to crops such as corn stalks, wheat stalks, cotton stalks, straw, rice husks, peanut husks, corn cobs, branches, leaves, sawdust, and solid waste in rural areas. As a raw material, it is crushed, pressurized, and densified to form a "biomass fuel". It is a renewable resource. The document comes from a web search
The benefits that the use of biomass boilers can bring to customers are mainly reflected in two aspects:
1. It can greatly save operating costs, and consume 160Kg of fuel for every 600,000 calories (1 ton of steam) produced.
is approximately equivalent to RMB 208, while the oil-fired boiler needs to consume 67Kg of light diesel oil, which is approximately equivalent to RMB 435.
2, can greatly reduce pollutant emissions

Combustion system of biomass boiler
1) Feeding system
The feeding system is composed of silo, vibrating feeder, screw feeder, screw feeding tube and other components.
2) Combustion system
The combustion system consists of burners, fans, igniters and other components. Biomass fuel first has a preheating process in the burner, and then the fuel is delivered to the furnace for combustion through a fan. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the precipitation temperature of its volatiles, starting the igniter fuel under the condition of air supply can quickly ignite and burn. The burner temperature control is based on the internal temperature of the furnace, and its temperature is related to the amount of air supplied when the fuel is gasified. The adjustment of the boiler load is controlled by the adjustment of the feed rate. After combustion, the flue gas enters the convection flue through the furnace for heat exchange, then enters the dust collector for purification treatment, and is finally discharged to complete the entire combustion and heat transfer process.
3) Soot blowing system
The boiler is equipped with a fully automatic soot blowing device, which can periodically purge the furnace and flue pipes to ensure that there is no dust accumulation on the surface of the flue pipes, so as to realize the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
4) Smoke and wind system
Air supply system: The boiler air supply system is integrated with the burner, and the air is sent to the furnace through the burner through the blower to deliver fuel and support combustion.
Induced air dust removal system: Under the action of the induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas produced after combustion is purified by the convection heat exchange in the flue pipe, and finally discharged from the chimney through the induced draft fan.
5) Automatic control system
