How to combine biomass boilers

　　Biomass boilers are environmentally friendly steam boilers that have been widely used in recent years to ignite bio-materials pellet fuel. During the operation of bio-materials steam boilers, attention needs to be paid to the operation of the combined boiler.

　　When the biomass steam boiler/two or more units are operated in parallel, the newly poured steam boiler supplies steam to the main steam main pipe, which is called a combined boiler. The following is how the bio-material steam boiler can be controlled by a natural person:

　　(1) Before the biological material steam boiler is combined with the boiler, the fire should be weakened. If there is a main pipe drain device, the water should be drained, and then the water level gauge should be cleaned to keep the water level below the normal water level.

　　(2) At this time, the steam pressure in the biological material steam boiler drops. When the steam pressure is lower than the steam pressure of the pipeline system by about 0.05 MPa, the water level is normal and the boiler can be combined.

　　(3) When the biological material steam boiler is combined into the boiler, the main steam valve should be opened slowly. When there is no steam water in the steam header, open the main steam valve and observe the water level change.

　　(4) Restore the fire, pay attention to the steam boiler to replenish water to maintain normal operation.
