Why coal-fired boilers need to transform biomass boilers

　　Coal will release a lot of harmful gases during the combustion process, and coal is limited. In terms of operating costs and environmental protection requirements, the cost is high and it is not environmentally friendly. This puts a lot of pressure on many companies. Carrying out transformation or contract energy management projects can effectively reduce operating costs and achieve a win-win cooperation effect.

　　1. Boiler flue gas discharges pollutants. Because a large amount of coal, oil, gas and other substances burned to produce huge sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide compounds, these substances are the main cause of air pollution.

　　2. Cinder treatment. Since coal blocks cannot be completely burned, the cinder produced is the end of the industry and can only be treated as waste.

　　3. Dust control. In winter heating cities in the north, there is often a lot of dust floating from high chimneys. Residents dare not open windows, which seriously affects the normal life and health of residents in nearby areas. As soon as winter arrives in northern cities, air quality drops sharply and visibility is extremely low. The occurrence of smog has increased dramatically, which not only affects the health of citizens, but also causes traffic accidents.

　　4. Desulfurization treatment. The characteristics of my country’s energy structure determine that the control of sulfur dioxide emissions from coal-fired boilers is the focus of my country’s control of sulfur dioxide pollution. In my country, desulfurization technology is not only technically immature, but also has high investment and high operating costs. Said that it has increased a lot of economic burden and environmental protection pressure.

　　5. The pressure of rising energy prices. In recent years, international oil prices have continued to rise, and consequently they have driven up the prices of natural gas, coal and other energy sources. Coal prices have more than doubled compared with previous years, and the upward trend will continue into the future.

　　6. Insufficient safety, inflammable and explosive, coal-fired boilers due to different coal quality, temperature changes and insufficient fuel, etc., are likely to cause explosion accidents and bring harm to the people's production and life.

　　7. Policy impact. Based on the above reasons, the national policy mandates the elimination or transformation of the existing "two high boilers", and the closure and transformation of small boilers, requiring the use of clean energy as fuel boilers. Therefore, as the main and One of the important options, biomass boiler transformation is imperative.
