How to adjust the boiler water level?

　　How to adjust the boiler water level during normal operation of the boiler to keep the steam drum water level stable

　　(1) To control the water level well, the water level must be carefully monitored. In principle, the primary water level meter shall prevail, and the electrical contact water level meter shall be the main monitoring meter. Keep the local water level gauge clear and accurate. If there is no slight shaking of the water level gauge or the mica sheet is not clear, the water level gauge should be rinsed immediately, and the water level gauges should be regularly compared to accurately determine the changes in the boiler water level.

　　(2) Monitor the main data such as steam flow, feed water flow, steam drum pressure and feed water pressure at any time, and find out the cause immediately if it is found to be abnormal, and deal with it in time.

　　(3) If the water level exceeds 1050mm, the water supply adjustment door should be closed to reduce the water intake. If it continues to rise to +75mm, the accident drain door should be opened to release the water to the normal water level, and the cause should be found.

　　(4) When the water level is lower than -50mm during normal operation, the water supply adjustment door should be opened in time to increase the water intake, so that the water level can return to normal as soon as possible, and the cause should be found out and dealt with in time.

　　(5) In the event of load lifting of the unit, starting and stopping of the feedwater pump, high-pressure heater input or de-loading, regular boiler blowdown, steam exhaust to the air or safety door action, and accident conditions, the changes in the drum water level shall be adjusted in advance.
