Inspection and preparation items before ignition of biomass boiler

　　Biomass boilers can be said to be an alternative to coal-fired boilers. Since their inception, they have attracted the attention of enterprises. Biomass boilers are widely recognized in terms of environmental protection. As an environmentally friendly boiler, what inspections and preparations need to be done before ignition:

　　1. Whether the furnace body of the equipment is filled with water, dry burning without water is strictly prohibited.

　　2. Whether the fuel is dry and free of debris, otherwise it will cause mechanical failure and cause material jams.

　　3. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable and explosive materials within 2 meters of the equipment.

　　4. Check whether various running motors such as circulating water pumps can operate normally.

　　5. When adding fuel, it is strictly forbidden to pour foreign objects such as bag ropes into the hopper.
