Biomass boiler water shortage performance

　　The biomass boiler water supply equipment or pipeline fails, and water cannot be fed into the boiler in time, causing water shortage in the biomass boiler, such as damage to the feed water pump, etc.

　　The specific manifestations of water shortage in biomass boilers include:

　　1. The water level in the pot is lower than the minimum safe water level or the water level is invisible in the water level gauge, and the color of the water level gauge is white or shiny. The low water level signal alarms and the signal light is on.

　　2. In a biomass boiler with a superheater, the temperature of the superheated steam increases abnormally, and an over-temperature alarm signal is issued.

　　3. The boiler exhaust temperature rises abnormally.

　　4. The feed water flow is broken and the steam flow site is abnormal. Under normal circumstances, the feedwater flow is less than the steam flow. If there is a leakage of pipes or economizers, the normal water level cannot be maintained even though the feedwater is increased, and the feedwater flow will be greater than the steam flow.

　　5. When the biomass boiler is short of water, it can smell burnt.
