The structure of the biomass-fired boiler realizes the above-mentioned clean combustion conditions and technology. It consists of the furnace body and the combustion device (furnace, outer cylinder, charging port), upper grate, and detachable quick-change combined gas-burning belt. Quick-change hanging grate, lower grate, dust removal device in the furnace (baffle plate, quick-change dust removal screen), ash discharging device and secondary air outlet, tertiary air outlet and flue gas outlet, etc.
Working principle: The biomass fuel is evenly spread on the upper grate from the feeding port or the upper part. After ignition, the induced draft fan is turned on, the volatilization in the fuel is analyzed, and the flame burns downwards in the area formed by the unburned zone and the hanging grate The high temperature zone is formed quickly, creating conditions for continuous and stable fire. The hot fuel and unburned particles that are smaller than the upper grate gap and have burned out volatile matter will fall down while burning under the action of the induced draft fan and gravity. After falling on the suspended grate with a high temperature, it will continue to fall, and finally fall on the lower grate. The incompletely burned fuel particles continue to burn, and the burned-out ash particles fall into the ash discharging device from the lower grate. When the ash accumulates to a certain height, the ash hopper is opened and discharged together. In the process of fuel falling, the secondary air distribution port supplements a certain amount of oxygen for suspension combustion, and the oxygen provided by the tertiary air distribution port is used to support combustion on the lower grate, and the completely burned flue gas passes through the flue gas outlet to the convective heating surface . Large particles of smoke and dust are thrown into the ash hopper due to inertia when they pass the partition upwards, and the smaller dust is blocked by the dust removal baffle net and most of them fall into the ash hopper. Only part of the extremely fine particles enters the convective heating surface, which greatly reduces the convective heating. Fouling on the surface improves the heat transfer effect.
