Biomass boiler is an important equipment for the production of biomass fuel, and its importance is self-evident. Daily use will cause it to accumulate dust and debris, etc., which will cause it to fail to operate. From this we can see the importance of cleaning the biomass boiler, so how to clean the biomass boiler? Let's take a look together.

1. There shall be no sand, gravel and other debris in the temporary pipeline, and the inclination of the temporary pipeline laid horizontally toward the drainage direction shall not be less than 1/200. The welded part of the pipeline should be located at an easy-to-observe place. The welding joint should not be close to important equipment.
2. The inlet of the cleaning pump should be equipped with a filter less than 5mm, and the water level of the water tank should be at least 2m higher than the inlet of the pump. To avoid cavitation.
3. A temporary liquid level gauge and a liquid level alarm device are installed on the steam drum, and a Φ25 throttling orifice is added to the lowering pipe of the steam drum.
4. The top of the steam drum should be provided with a hydrogen exhaust hole no smaller than Φ32.
The biomass boiler is equipped with an automatic ash removal device, which can clean the ash on the heating surface of the boiler in time to ensure the stable operation of the boiler. An economizer is arranged at the end of the furnace, and an air preheater can also be arranged according to user needs. The combustion process: the fuel is fed into the furnace by the screw feeder, where it is gradually preheated due to the action of high-temperature flue gas, dried, ignited, and burned. During this process, a large amount of volatile matter is precipitated and the combustion is intense.
