1. Wear the regular labor supplies before the operation, and carefully check whether the biomass boiler drainage, gas supply pipeline accessories, safety valves, pressure gauges, and water level gauges are sensitive and effective. After confirming the safety, the operation can be carried out.

2. When filling the water, operate with both hands. Open the water door with one hand first, and then open the water dispenser valve with the other hand, and the water will enter the furnace naturally. When stopping, close the steam valve first, and then close the water valve. When opening and closing the steam valve, keep your face away from the front to prevent the soda from rushing out and causing trouble.
3. The water level meter must be flushed once per shift. When flushing, according to the rules and procedures, first close the water valve, open the drain valve, and flush the steam valve. At this time, pay attention to whether the flow of steam is blocked. Then close the steam valve, and pay attention to whether the water is blocked. When flushing the water valve, the time will be longer until the water changes to steam to ensure that the false water level cannot be generated. The coal used in biomass boilers should be checked to avoid blasting items in the coal from being thrown into the furnace to avoid the risk of blasting.
4. When the equipment is in operation, pay attention to investigating the pressure and water level. Furnace workers are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization, and are not allowed to doze off during night shifts, and the more forbidden to sleep, to avoid accidents. The blowdown of the biomass boiler must be performed once per shift, and the water level should be adjusted appropriately before the blowdown, which is slightly higher than 2/3, and then the blowdown should be performed.
5. Frequently check the temperature of the mechanical equipment and motor housing. If the mechanical equipment is faulty or the motor heats up to 60 degrees, it should be shut down immediately for inspection. When the equipment is operating normally, the steam pressure shall not exceed the regular operating pressure, and the safety valve shall be inspected once a week.
The above are the precautions for the safe operation of biomass boilers.
