　　Once the bag filter is damaged, it will affect its dust filtering function, because the damaged bag will reduce its resistance, and the flue gas will pass through the opening of the bag freely, resulting in a large negative pressure in the ash falling chamber, making The ash particles cannot fall into the ash bin but leave the dust collector cabin under the action of the airflow. In addition, if it is damaged, the ash particles will follow the flue gas flow through the gap of the bag crack and leave it quickly, resulting in ash-free conditions in the lower ash chamber. If a large amount of dusty flue gas passes directly through the induced draft fan of the biomass boiler, the impeller will be worn and the service life of the induced draft fan will be shortened; and the ash particles will also be discharged from the chimney, also in very large cases Polluted the environment.

When the flue gas passes through the damaged cloth bag, it not only reduces the resistance of the flue gas, but also changes the combustion status of the boiler under certain circumstances. If the flue gas flow rate in the furnace is accelerated, it will cause the flame to move upward, making the burning time insufficient, and the second pass of the superheater in the furnace is incompletely combusted, and the increase in products proves the existence of this problem.
