Biomass boiler is an industrial boiler that burns biological pellets. 1. Fuel feeding system
Feeding fine crushing is composed of silo, vibrating feeder, screw feeder, screw feed tube and other components.
The fuel processed in the workshop is transferred to the silo through the belt conveyor, and then the BMF fuel in the silo is provided to the burner for combustion through the screw feeder in the future. In order to guarantee continuous unloading and material transportation, a vibrating feeder is connected between the silo and the screw feeder.
2, combustion system
The combustion system is composed of burners, fans, swordsmen and other components. The energy-generating fuel first has a preheating process in the burner, and then the fuel is transported to the furnace to develop combustion through the ventilator. BMF fuel contains high evaporation content. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the precipitation temperature of its volatiles, the fuel will ignite and burn under the condition of air supply. The burner temperature control is based on the outside temperature of the furnace, and its temperature is related to the amount of atmosphere supplied when the fuel is gasified. The mediation of the boiler load develops the tube bundle through the mediation of the feed rate. After combustion, the flue gas enters the convection flue through the furnace for heat exchange, and then enters the dust collector to develop infection treatment, and completes the entire combustion and heat transfer process with the end exhaust.
3, soot blowing system
The boiler is equipped with a fully active soot blowing device, which can punctually develop and purge the furnace and flue pipes to ensure that there is no dust accumulation on the skin of the flue pipes, thereby completing the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
4, smoke and wind system
Induced air dust removal: Under the induction of the induced draft fan, the low-temperature flue gas that ignites after the combustion is completed will be convectively exchanged in the flue pipe and enter the dust collector for purification, and the end will be rejected by the chimney through the induced draft fan.
Air supply trivialities: The boiler air supply trivialities are integrated with the burner, and the air is sent to the furnace through the burner through the blower to achieve the effect of fuel transportation and combustion support.
