During the operation of the boiler, the incomplete combustion of fuel will not only produce carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, water vapor, oxygen, nitrogen, etc., but also produce carbon monoxide, hydrogen, Combustible gases such as methane, which burn to produce black smoke. Insufficient combustion of fuel will not only cause black smoke to appear in the oil-fired boiler, but also increase the amount of fuel used and increase the operating cost of the enterprise. It is necessary to ensure that the oil supply, oil return pressure and the viscosity of the fuel oil are correct during the operation of the boiler.

　　4. Poor atomization effect of fuel oil and secondary combustion of flue: especially when burning high-viscosity residual oil, the boiler will emit black smoke due to the unsatisfactory atomization effect. It is necessary to increase the air temperature and furnace temperature as much as possible.
