What are the operating rules for hot water boilers?

Preparations before starting the hot water boiler: first close the drain valve and the water outlet valve, open the main steam valve, and then open the water inlet valve to feed water to the boiler. The coal injection door and the ash cleaning door are closed; the air inlet door is opened. The water level must be between the minimum and maximum water levels.

　　2. The hot water boiler caught fire. Lay a layer of coal blocks with a particle size of 3-5cm on the grate, and then put firewood to ignite. After the combustion is stable, coal can be added.

　　3. Combustion of hot water boiler: During normal combustion, the coal injection door is closed, and attention should be paid to removing coal slag for combustion. The coal seam in the furnace should be kept uniform and loosely covered. The coal seam should generally be kept at a thickness of 10-15cm. If an open fire is found, coal should be thrown in to suppress the open fire, and the broken coal should be mixed with water about 10%. The situation of fast, slow and leakage is different, so pay attention to the amount of ventilation, the law of mixing water and coal, to achieve the purpose of saving coal.

　　4. Use of hot water boiler: When the water temperature reaches about 90 ℃, the outlet valve must be opened, the hot water is put into the hot water pool, and the tap water is put into the boiler to replace the hot water in the furnace. It is strictly forbidden to close the main steam of the boiler for combustion. In use, the boiler must be drained every day, and at least once. The carbon slag in the furnace must be cleaned once per shift

　　5. Shutdown of hot water boiler: The method of sealing fire can be used for intermittent shutdown. 1. Keep the primer and press the wet coal tightly. 2. When sealing the fire, it should be noted that the water level of the boiler should be kept around the middle water level line, and it is strictly forbidden to release the water stored in the boiler.

　　6. hot water boiler repair and maintenance

　　1. The boiler should be inspected at regular intervals every year. Under normal circumstances, a water pressure test should be done every six years. The test pressure is 0.2Mpa. The inspection and water pressure of the boiler should be recorded in detail, and must be signed by the inspector. To be stored in the boiler technical file.

　　2. In one of the following situations, internal and external inspection and hydraulic test should be carried out. ①. Newly installed, moved or stopped for more than one year and needs to be put into use again and resumed operation. ② The pressure components have undergone major repairs or transformations. ③. According to the operation of the boiler, there is doubt about the equipment.

　　3. The key points of regular inspection are as follows: 1. Check for defective parts. ②. Whether there are cracks, cracks and corrosion on the inner and outer surfaces of the pressure components, openings, welds, plate edges, etc. ③. Whether the pressure components are dented, bent, bulged or corroded. ④. Whether there is corrosion or crack at the interface of water supply pipe, steam pipe and boiler drum, and whether the connection between the sewage pipe and the sewage valve is reliable. ⑤. Whether the water seal pipe is smooth and reliable, and whether the connection between the water level gauge, pressure gauge, etc. and the boiler is blocked. ⑥. Whether there is too much scale and water slag on the water side of the boiler heating surface, it should not exceed 1mm thick. If the scale is too thick, it should be cleaned through manholes and hand holes. If the above problems are found, it should be repaired or replaced. Pay attention to the repair or transformation construction inspection records, and the replaced parts should have a factory certificate, which should be stored in the boiler technical file. ⑦. If the glass tube is damaged during operation, the upper or lower cock of the water level gauge can be disassembled, and the glass tube can be replaced in time without stopping the furnace.

　　Seven, hot water boiler matters needing attention:

　　1. The person in charge of the boiler room must be familiar with the knowledge of boiler safety, and no leader shall force the stoker to operate illegally.

　　2. It is strictly forbidden to operate the boiler under pressure.

　　3. Immediately stop the boiler when one of the following conditions occurs in the operation of the boiler: 1. When the water level of the boiler falls below the lower limit of the water level specified in the boiler operation regulations. ② When the water supply to the boiler is continuously increased and other measures are taken, but the water level continues to drop. ③ When the water supply system or valve fails. ④. When the water level gauge or the water seal pipe is blocked and fails.

　　4. It is strictly forbidden to repair, disassemble and assemble when the boiler is under pressure.

　　5. It is strictly forbidden for the boiler to suddenly enter water into the furnace when it is completely dehydrated, which is prone to danger. When the boiler is completely dehydrated, do not panic. You should immediately hook all the coal in the furnace out of the furnace, and remove all the furnaces. Open the door and add water after the boiler cools down slowly.
