SZL biomass boiler's fuel requirements

　　The SZL boiler is designed according to the biomass solid shaped solid fuel (BBDF). The straw that enters this series of boilers is dried and made into block or rod shape. Therefore, this design adopts the layered combustion method of chain grate, which is suitable for fuel.

　　The characteristics of biomass solid molded solid fuel are as follows:

　　Ash content: 5-20%;

　　Moisture: <12%;

　　Low calorific value: 14650-16747KJ/KG (3500-4000kcal/kg;

　　Density: 800-1100kg/m3;

　　The block size is 32×32×(30-80), or the rod size is φ30×(30-80)
