How to bake and cook the biomass chain grate boiler

　　After the components of the biomass chain grate boiler are installed and checked and commissioned, it is confirmed that the components have safe starting conditions, and the oven can be started. At the end of the oven, cook the oven.

　　1. The new boiler should be baked before use, the purpose of which is to make the brick wall of the boiler dry well and slowly, so that it will not be damaged or cracked during use. The main purpose of the boiler is to remove impurities and grease in the boiler. Appropriate chemicals must be added to the boiler to make the boiler water alkaline and remove grease and other substances.

　　2. The boiler can use soda ash (Na2CO3) or sodium phosphate (Na3PO4.12H2O) and other medicines. The dosage is calculated per cubic meter of boiler volume. The former is 5Kg and the latter is 3Kg. The above-mentioned drugs used in the boiler should be formulated into a uniform solution with a concentration of 20%, and solid drugs should not be directly added to the boiler.

　　3. Close the front manhole, hand hole and water outlet valve, open the upper drum manhole, inject the prepared drug solution into the drum once, then close the manhole and open a safety valve to let the air and steam in the drum There is a channel for outward discharge.

　　4. Pour the treated water into the boiler through the economizer. The water supply speed should be slow. The water supply time should not be less than 1 hour in summer and not less than 2 hours in winter. The water temperature should not be too high, and the maximum should not exceed 40. ℃, in order to prevent excessive temperature stress in the drum. Let the water level in the boiler rise to 2/3 of the drum, and close the water supply valve: After the water level in the boiler stabilizes, observe the water level has dropped, and check the hand hole cover, flange joint surface and drain valve of the boiler and the economizer, etc. Whether there is water leakage, if there is water leakage, tighten the bolts.

　　5. Open the ignition door, spread a layer of 20-70 mm thick slag on the front end of the grate within a length of 1 to 1.5 meters, and use a match (a wooden board with iron nails is strictly prohibited) on the slag, oily cotton yarn head or other The ignitor ignites and burns.

　　6. The firewood should be gradually strengthened to avoid sudden heating. First, use the wood oven for 4~6 days. During this time, open the flue gas regulating door and adopt natural ventilation. The pressure should not be kept in the pot, such as the pressure rises to more than one atmosphere. , The safety valve should be opened immediately to release steam, and water should enter when the water level drops.

　　7. After 4 to 6 days of using the wood-fired oven, you can continue to add materials and burn. At this time, the flue gas regulating door and the blast regulating door should be closed, and the induced draft fan and blower should be turned on for mechanical ventilation.

　　8. The boiler pressure keeps increasing to 0.4MPa for about one day, then stop the combustion to gradually reduce the pressure to below 0.1MPa, the water temperature is lower than 70c, open the blowdown valve, and release all the boiler water.

　　9. After the boiler cools down, open the manhole and hand hole, rinse the inside of the drum with clean water, and check it. If there is still oil stains, the above methods should be followed (ignition with wood, no less than 3 hours) Boil the stove again until there is no oil stains inside the drum.

　　Special Note

　　1. Failure to follow the prescribed method to dry the furnace will cause the furnace wall to crack, deform, and collapse, which will affect the safe operation of the boiler!!

　　2. Before the boiler is ignited at any time (including ovens and boilers), the feed water pump must be turned on and the circulating water in the economizer must be cooled!!

　　3. The boiler does not meet the requirements, it will corrode the pressure components, endanger the safe operation of the boiler, and affect the service life of the boiler! !
