Introduction to basic knowledge about biomass boilers:
1. Boiler is a thermal equipment that uses the heat energy released after fuel combustion or waste heat from industrial production to transfer to the water in the container to make the water reach the required temperature (hot water) or steam under a certain pressure. It is a complete body composed of "boiler" (ie the water pressure part of the boiler body), "furnace" (ie the combustion equipment part), accessory instruments and auxiliary equipment. The boiler is carried out in two parts of the "boiler" and "furnace" at the same time. After the water enters the boiler, the heating surface of the boiler in the steam-water system transfers the absorbed heat to the water, so that the water is heated to a certain temperature and pressure of hot water or steam, which is led out application. In the combustion equipment part, the combustion of the fuel continuously releases heat, and the high-temperature flue gas produced by the combustion transfers the heat to the heating surface of the boiler through the heat transmission, and the temperature of itself is gradually reduced, and finally discharged by the chimney. "Boiler" and "furnace" one absorbs heat and the other releases heat, and is an integrated device closely related.
During the operation of the boiler, due to the circulating flow of water, all the heat absorbed by the heating surface is continuously taken away, which not only heats up the water or vaporizes into steam, but also cools the heating surface well, thereby ensuring that the heating surface of the boiler is under high temperature conditions. Safe work.

二. Boiler parameters:
Boiler parameters refer to the amount of steam produced by the boiler, working pressure and steam temperature for steam boilers. For hot water boilers, it refers to the boiler's thermal power, outlet water pressure, and supply and return water temperature.
(一) Evaporation (D)
The amount of steam produced per hour during long-term safe operation of a steam boiler, that is, the boiler’s evaporation capacity, is represented by "D" and the unit is ton/hour (t/h).
(二) Heat power (heat supply Q)
When the hot water boiler is operating safely for a long time, the water output per hour will effectively carry heat. That is, the thermal power of this boiler is represented by "Q", the unit is megawatt (MW), and the engineering unit is 104 kcal/h (104Kcal/h).
(3) Work pressure
Working pressure refers to the maximum allowable pressure of the boiler. The working pressure is determined according to the design pressure, usually expressed in MPa.
(Four) temperature
Temperature is a physical quantity that marks the degree of heat and cold of an object, and it is also a basic parameter that reflects the thermal state of matter. Celsius is usually used as "t℃".
The temperature indicated on the boiler nameplate is the temperature of the medium at the outlet of the boiler, also known as the rated temperature. For steam boilers without superheaters, the rated temperature refers to the saturated steam temperature at the rated pressure of the boiler; for steam boilers with superheated steam, the rated temperature refers to the steam temperature at the outlet of the superheated steam; for hot water boilers, the rated temperature The temperature refers to the temperature of the hot water at the outlet of the boiler.
