In the center of the boiler furnace, the temperature of the combustion flame center is between 1500 and 1700°C. Most of the ash in the fuel melts into a liquid or softened state at such a high temperature. Due to the heat absorption of the water wall, from the center of the combustion flame outwards, the closer to the water wall, the lower the temperature. Under normal circumstances, as the temperature decreases, the ash will change from a liquid state to a softened state and then into a solid state. If the ash still remains softened and hits the heated surface, it will adhere to the heated surface due to cooling and form coking.

Solution:
1. Improve the grate structure to increase the temperature in the chamber and provide a basis for the full combustion of fuel;
2. Increase the secondary air inlet to supplement the oxygen required for fuel combustion in the chamber;
3. Start from the source of pellet fuel production to ensure low fuel moisture and control the particle size of the pellet machine to be uniform;
4. According to the actual combustion status of the grate, set the feeding speed and feeding amount of the feeding machine reasonably.
5. The selected biological particles are made of a single pure wood. Generally, normal pure wood particles are not easy to coke.
6. Minimize the pulverized material particles as much as possible. The partially squeezed particles are very hard and burn insufficiently.
In summary, there are many reasons for the coking of biomass pellet environmental protection boilers. Therefore, if the coking problem is encountered, it should be eliminated initially. Don't blindly think that it is a fuel or machine problem. Improper operation and use will also cause coking that could otherwise not coking. . Therefore, care must be taken to maintain and maintain the boiler during the normal use of the boiler, so that the boiler can operate normally and extend the service life of the boiler.
