DZL series coal fired steam boiler is designed for the customer in Bangladesh. 4 ton coal fired steam boiler is used for washing, ironing and shaping etc. in textile factory. DZL4-1.25-AII steam boiler adopts AII coal as its fuel, its capacity is 4ton, its pressure is 1.25MPa, and its temperature can reach to 194℃.
 
The customer ordered this kind of boiler in order to meet his production demand and make the work in paper mill more efficiency. The internal structure of DZL series coal fired steam boiler is adopted bundle tubes, rise tube and down tube, which can realize heat exchange and further improve thermal efficiency and save fuels. In the furnace, it adopts the structure of eight character wall, which can help dust fall to ensure the amount of smoke dust discharge to meet the environment protection requirement. 4 ton coal fired steam boiler should be carefully lifted to the truck by the crane. During the lifting, two people should stand aside the boiler to keep the balance of the boiler in case of the sudden falling. When installing the boiler, patience should be paid to ensure the tightness of the valves. Before using, the boiler should be tested to make the boiler operate safely.
